Community Food Drive

The CBRM Senior Safety Program, in partnership with the Cape Breton Regional Police and Sobeys, is hosting a community food drive to support local organizations.

Residents are invited to donate non-perishable food items at participating Sobeys locations on January 29 and 30.

Thursday, January 29, 9am-4pm – New Waterford & Glace Bay Sobeys

Friday, January 30, 9am-4pm – Sydney & North Sydney Sobeys

All donations will remain in the community and be distributed to local food banks and partner organizations:

• Glace Bay Food Bank
• Glace Bay Town House
• North Sydney Food Bank
• Loaves & Fishes
• Louisbourg Seniors Branch #62
