Vendor's Licence

Anyone who sells or trades goods in CBRM must obtain a Vendor's Licence. A separate licence is required for each vending stand or vending vehicle operating within the municipality. Vendor licensing ensures that all vending activities follow the requirements of the Vendors By-law (By-law V-200).

Once completed, submit your application in one of the following ways:

• Email to PlanningConsult@cbrm.ns.ca with payment to follow by mail
• Submit in person, along with payment, at the Citizen Service Centre at City Hall (320 Esplanade, Sydney)
• Mail along with payment to:
