Esmond "Blue" Marshall

District 3 has a population of 7,711 and an area of 540 square kilometres.

It includes all of the communities southwest of the community of North Sydney on the peninsula bounded by St. Andrews Channel and East Bay of the Bras d'Or Lake and the southern boundaries of the communities of the Point Edward Peninsula.

This includes all of the:

• communities of Upper North Sydney, Leitches Creek, Balls Creek, Beechmont, Frenchvale, Upper Leitches Creek, Scotch Lake, Georges River, Long Island, Barrachois, Ironville, Boisdale, Beaver Cove, Shenacadie, Big Beach, Christmas Island, Grand Narrows, Pipers Cove, Benacadie, Castle Bay, Eskasoni, Islandview, Northside East Bay, MacAdams Lake, Blacketts Lake, Point Edward, North West Arm; and
• the south western part of the community of Coxheath, which includes:
  • both sides of the Coxheath Road beginning with 717 and all properties southwest of it to the boundary of the community of Blacketts Lake; and
  • the Mountain Road, and any public streets/roads intersecting it.
