Passenger Vehicle for Hire Licences

Taxis, luxury vehicles and their drivers must have a Vehicle for Hire Driver's Licence and Vehicle Permit to operate within the CBRM.

If you rent rooms in your home or operate a shared dwelling, you must be licensed by CBRM.

Anyone selling or trading goods in CBRM, whether from a stand, booth or vehicle, requires a Vendor’s Licence.

Businesses operating automatic vending machines must obtain a licence for each machine.
